In Yunnan, I photographed coffee in remote mountains — the clouds, the highlands, and the farmers who work quietly among them. Coffee in the Clouds comes from the mist and altitude that shape both the land and the people, and from a simple intention: to help their work be seen, valued, and fairly rewarded.
