Let’s Go! Chocolate
A road-trip documentary project with the Nibbo team, where I worked as the sole cinematographer and video editor.
We drove across dozens of cities in western China — from deserts to grasslands — chasing local ingredients and turning them into chocolate. The chocolatiers cooked; I filmed, edited, and rendered on the move for 3 weeks.
The project resulted in 11 short-form videos and a 50-minute documentary.Fast, unpredictable, and creatively demanding — one of the toughest and most rewarding projects of my career.
